My father, Jesus Silva (age 63) never bothered to ask his father information about where he came from. All he knew was that his grandfather arrived to Mexico as a fisherman. My great grandfather married a Mexican/Indian lady. If there are any Silva's that have family in Mexico, such as in Mexico City or Jalisco please advise. I want to learn about what runs in my blood. My family now lives in beautiful sunny San Diego!
