Hi: I am searching for the origin of the surname Silva. I have a family tree that goes as far back as 1650. I reside in Cali, Colombia and Silva is my mom's maiden name. The tree starts in 1650 from Spain and ends in Huila, Colombia; I am interested in following back the history of Juan Montalvo De Silva.
