I have information on Jacob Shipman b. 1745 and died 1794 in buncombe, N.C. He first married Sarah Gage she died no children Second wife was Sarah MCMinn daughter of Robert MCMinn and Jane Kuyendall. Jacob 's father was Daniel Shipman was b. 1715 in Wales or Germany. married in 1740 to Elizabeth Burleson. He died in Nov. 1798 in Warren Co. Ky. Thats all information I have I have all of Jacob Shipman Children and their children. My Line is Jacob's son Edward He had John Toadman Shipman he had Mary Emily Shipman which is my gggrandmother who married John Jasper McCall.
