I am grasping at straws in searching for information re; a JOHN SHEEDY who signed as witness for the marriage registration of my GrGrGrandparents Thomas McDivitt and Jane Smith on 24 Nov, 1840 at Frampton, Beauce County Quebec by the Then Anglican Missionary for the area. I have some hope that by finding more about the witnesses and their occupations and etc. I might find some little clue that might put a chink in my Thomas McDIVITT brickwall Thank you, Maureen
