Hope you have your gaps filled by now. I developed the following information while forgetting your post was one year old!

World War I draft registration for William Wilberts - if I have the right one - gives his date of birth as 14 October 1894 in Gothenburg, Nebraska.

Place name of Gothenburg = Gothenburg, Dawson, Nebraska.
Place name of Hecla = Hecla, Brown County, South Dakota
Place name of Ellendale = Ellendale, Dickey, North Dakota

Dorothy Arlene Wilberts born 04 October 1916; died 23 Dec 1987 in Wishek, North Dakota [source Find-a-Grave]. Married John Darrell Stevens 21 May 1933 in (Barnard?), Brown County, South Dakota [source]. On 04 Sep 1954 Dorothy married Clifton A. Herr (a third marriage?). Clifton born 07 September 1913; died 07 May 1988 [source Find-a-Grave].

Find a Grave memorial for Dorothy Wilberts Herr, buried Wishek City Cemetery, beside Clifton, LINK:

Dorothy Wilbert Stevens Herr had six daughters:
1. Patricia Stevens born 1935 in Aberdeen, Brown, South Dakota; married John Gall in Wishek, North Dakota; married Howard Hiller; Patricia moved to Dillworth, Minnesota.
2. Karla (Gross)
3. Sharon (Pfeifer)
Plus three living daughters, mentioned in this obituary for Patricia Stevens (Gall) (Hiller) LINK:

This 1940 census, below, may be Dorothy in a second marriage; I am not sure and needs more research. I am basing this guess on the daughter‘s first names and ages, and the fact that a Karla Becker Gross is buried in the same cemetery as Dorothy Arlene Wilberts (Stevens) (Herr):
Aberdeen, Brown, South Dakota
Theodore Becker 35
Dorothy Becker 23 born about 1917 in South Dakota
Patty Ann Becker 4
Karla Jean Becker 1
Francis Becker 21

You don't say when he died or when he was born. Thus it is difficult to know for sure whether all this data applies to "your" William.

Here are the parents and siblings of a William Wilberts in 1910 US Census [as transcribed on]:
Brown County, South Dakota, USA
Jacob Wilberts 34
Meda Wilberts 43
Henry Wilberts 16
William Wilberts 15
Mary Wilberts 13
John Wilberts 12
Minnie Wilberts 10
Meda Wilberts 6
Jacob Wilberts 5
Fritz Wilberts 2

Answer to a query on Facebook, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Hecla, South Dakota, re. Carrie Wilberts who married Gus Disco: “According to the 125th Anniversary Book, Carrie (Disco) born March 1, 1890, in Gothenburg, Nebraska, died February 4, 1921, in North Platte, Nebraska. She is buried in Hecla.”

Another post from you (Ancestry message board) says Jacob Wilberts died 1927; Meda died 1946. This post is the clue that led me to the 1910 census.
