I have not as yet found anything indicating the relationship(s) of the Scotts of Rattlesden, Suffolk (and environs) to the Scotts of Glemsford (and environs). With the fact that both have relatiionships with, respectively, the Strutts of Rattlesden and the Strutts of Glemsford, I find it unlikely that the families are not, in fact, connected by blood, although the Scotts of Glemsford do appear to be more materially successful than the Scotts of Rattlesden. Has anyone come across any material that might clarify these associations?
