Hi there, I'm looking for information about a Mr Richardson from Perthshire whom immigrated to the West Indies/ Jamaica. I've been told he was a Ships Captain but i'm not very sure about this information. He had (one that i know of) a son by the name: James Maria Richardson. Born 1886 in St Andrew Jamaica. Mr James Maria Richardson married Emily Matilda Inez Carey from Jamaican and Irish descent. I would like to ask anyone who has a little bit of information on him to please help me with my research by giving me a little more information so i can fill in my Family Tree. James Maria Richardson was my grandfather. My father (his son) died in London at the beginning of this Year and i'm very interested in my Scottish ancestry/background. I will be ever so grateful!!
