Just about all the known Black cemeteries in the tri-county area, have had their tombstone inscriptions recorded. If a church history was found, it was also preserved, along with inscriptions, images & GPS location. This also includes African-Slave cemeteries that were located on plantations.

Kim Wilson has accumulated a fair amount of Black info for Anderson county. She also volunteers to do genealogy research for individuals.

Dr. Megginson (White) probably has the most amount of available upstate info and has even made a listing of available references. See
