I'm looking for C.O. Masters and wife Ola O'Shields. They had a son named Columbus Masters (my grandfather) who's social security application states that they lived in Pelzer, SC in 1938. Columbus was born in 1919 and died in 1984. He was married to Frances Coker (1919-1978), daughter of Ernest Coker and Clara Bell Stone. They had children Geraldine Payne (possibly from a previous marriage), Larry, Wayne, Don and Jimmy Masters. If I'm not mistaken, C.O. Masters is a descendant of William M. Masters and Temperence Cassell of Table Rock, SC, I'm just not sure HOW they're related. Most of the above-listed children now live in Marietta, Greenville County, SC and surrounding areas. If anyone knows this family, I certainly would appreciate your letting me know!! THANKS!
