A brief biography/family history of John H. Saul is included in "Progressive Men of the State of Montana". Parents: Valentine and Margaret Saul, natives of Germany. On 2 May 1885, John married Miss Katherine Wiegand, a native of Germany who immigrated to NY ca 1880, moving to Indianapolis & then to Helena, MT.
