Dear cousin Cal,
I have been re-reading the posts and the Dunn data has my head spinning.
I am writing re the Sale Bible, but I also descend from William Dunn and wife, Winney Waters Dunn! They certainly are connected everywhere it seems. The really strange thing to me is that my great-grandfather, George Brock Sale's WIFE was a descendant of the Dunn family!
I rec'd a photocopy of the Bible of Edward Sale and his wife, Jane Oneal Sale, as I descend from their son, Henry Wortham Sale.
My e address is "mimibruce at wildblue dot net" and if you will send your mail address, I will copy them for you.
Had intended to ask you if you could decipher the dates for the entire family as the center of the pages were not flattened enough to accurately get the dates.
Who actually owns this valuable asset? Wish it could be housed in a museum as the date of publication is 1778, I think it is.
Really appreciate the meticulous way you analyze data and the reasoning behind your conclusions. However, once an error from anyone hits the internet, it assumes the weight of LAW, and errors are never removed from what a lazy researcher will post as absolute truth. Sigh
