Right Ryals married Martha Edwards on 15 Oct. 1868, according to the Johnston County, North Carolina, marriage records. The names of the parents of the brides and grooms were recorded at that time. Right Ryals gave his parents names as William and Winefred Ryals. The bride did not give her parents' names.
I am researching Sarah (Ryals) Adams and Allen Adams (marriage: 23 Dec.1805) and believe that Sarah was a sister to William Jr., Brittain, Merrel and Right Ryals. Allen and Sarah Adams named two sons "Wright" (or "Right"). Wright Handy Adams (26 Nov.1808- 25 Nov.1874)and Wright A. Adams (abt.1813- aft. 1880). I am looking for information about the parents of Sarah Ryals Adams. Was she a daughter of William and Winefred Ryals of Johnston County, North Carolina?
