Rhonda, My G G Grandfather was Wiley Rowland that lived in Bartow County in North GA. I was wondering if you might have any Information on this line. They lived in what is now Altoona Lake that runs along I-75. I have been told that he raised Horses and had the name of Col. (could have been nickname.) Thanks for any help that you might give.
