Jessie Mae Hollis was born in 1861 in Stranraer, Scotland, to Edward and Elizabeth Rice Hollis. In 1883, she married Donald Ross in Dundee, and together they had 6 daughters, Mary Jane, Jessie, Madeline, Margaret, Georgina, and Elizabeth. Donald died in India in 1899, and Jessie married William Borchart in 1900 in Dundee. Soon afterwards, William and Jessie and Jessie's daughters with Donald Ross came to Canada in 1900. William Borchart was not found with the family after 1900. By 1901, Jessie and her daughters were in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Jessie's daughters all married in and around Winnipeg. Jessie died in 1912 in Winnipeg. I have a information on this Ross family and a little information on the marriages of the daughters. I am seeking information, especially on the family after 1900 in Canada. Any data will be appreciated.
