Danielle, if she was born in 1884 and came to America at the age of 28, that means that she came to America in 1912. Under what name did she come to America, and where exactly in the U.S. did she then live? (In your query, you didn't mention her first name, which is of course a rather vital piece of information, and to trace her, you would also have to know under what last name she came to America.)
Your query seems to read that either Christia or Gregoria was her married name. Am I correct? If so, do you know what her maiden name was?
Did she remarry in America? If so, what was her second husband's name, and where did they live?
You say that her mother-in-law refused to let her two children join her in America. But if you are her great-granddaughter, a child of hers would have to be your grandparent. So am I correct when I say that either your grandfather or grandmother was a child from her second marriage in America? What was your grandparent's full name, and where exactly in America did he or she live?
