What I know from family members, is that Felix Robillard immigrated from France in mid 1800's with his twin brother.
Fleix left Cnada some years later, came to Benson Mines ,NY and married the native American girl (Amelia) also known by other names as you have mentioned.
My Grandfather's sister Amanda remembers the names of thier children as: Marvin, Margaret, Esther, Louise, Amanda, Phillip, Delia, Veronica, Julia, Amelia, James, Mary Anne, and "Charles Augustus Robillard".
John Brown was married to Amelia Moss thier children were:
"Mary Magdeline", Amelia, John, Napoleon, Mathilda, Lucy, Etta, Ellen, Adaline, William, Francis, And Amand Brown.
Charles Augustus Robillard married Mary Magdeline Brown.
They had these children: Charles Napoleon, Marvin Augustus, Orzella Maltilda, George Henry, Roy Thomas, Benjamin Franklin, "Harvey Joseph", Peter John, Herman William, Francis William, and Mary Amanda Robillard. I personally knew Marvin, Ben, Harvey, Herman, Amanda, and Aunt Mabel (the widow of George).
Harvey (my grandfather) was born 1894 in Benson Mines, NY. He married Lilian Efreda Scheible daughter of Fredrick and Leath Spaulding Scheible of Munsville, NY January 11, 1917 at the Catholic church in Onieda, NY. Elfreda was 19. She was born January 11, 1898 in Valley Mills, NY.
They had these children: A still born baby girl buried in the Stockbridge cemetery with them, an infant son who died in the 1918 flu epidemic, Harvey, Jr. born 12-22-1919 in Dunkirk, NY, peter Jacques born 3-17-1924, Charles Spaulding born 2-28-1928, Shirley Anne Born 6-18-1929.
