I am back on to Felix's father again!! I think we have two Felix's. I just cannot get the children to line up. The following is what I have come up with. 1. Felix Robillard-36608 was born in 1809 in Canada. There is no way I can reconcile that these children come from the same parents!!!!! Name spelled Rbeor, 1860 was in Oswego, Ward 2, New York. Felix married (MRIN:12408) Matilda-36609 in Ste-Genevieve, Berthier, Quebec. (This information from Domicilde). Matilda was born in 1814. Wife on 1850 Census, Domicile and on 1860 Matilda both born in same year. Felix and Matilda had the following children: 2 F i. Genevieve Robillard-36615 was born in 1836 in Canada. 3 M ii. Murven Robillard-36610 was born in 1839 in Canada. 4 M iii. Amable Robillard-36616 was born in 1839 in Canada. 5 F iv. Mary Lucinda Robillard-36611 was born in 1847 in Canada. 6 F v. Madeline Robillard-36612 was born in 1849 in New York, USA . 7 F vi. Malinda Robillard-36613 was born in 1851 in Oswego, New York, USA . 8 M vii. James Robillard-36614 was born in 1853 in New York, USA . + 9 M viii. Charles Robillard-36606 was born in 1855. Second Generation 9. Charles Robillard-36606 (Felix) was born in 1855 in New York, USA . 1880 Census Redfield, Oswego, New York, USA - Not sure if this is the right family???? Robillard. He did not die in a construction accident and he was not a mason, but he did die in 1923. He was a carpenter, was hurt in a construction accident in about 1916 or 1917. He died at his home around Dec. 13th, 1923 from pneumonia. He was 37 years old. I found the information this past Wednesday on a web site with old newspapers from that era, in that part of New York, USA. George’s obit states that he was a native of Greenboro Funeral services will be held tomorrow for George H. Robillard 37 who died at home, west river road with pnemonia. The Reverand Lindaman officiating. He was a resident of Greenboro and but had lived here for more than 30 years. He was a carpenter and is survived by his widow and two children Francis and Arlene, His parents Mr. & Mrs. Charles Robillard, six brothers, Marvin, Thomas, Benjam and Herman of Detroit, John Port Huron, Michigan, and Harvey of Albany, and two sisters Mrs. Celia Hart, Port Huron, Miss Amanda Robillard of this city.
