There us an Elisha ROUARKE listed in the 1830 US Census as living in Caswell County, NC as well as a WILLIAM ROUARKE in Caswell County. Another may be: Roase, Lewis - Caswell Co, NC - This could be Lewis Roarke or other - Also listed is HENRY ROATK, which is probably Henry Roark, Caswell Co, NC Having these names may lead you to Elisha that you seek and his wife Elizabeth Barnett - families usually lived near one another - Elisha Ruark is also listed in the 1820 US Census under 1820 US CENSUS AND TAX LISTS book - living in Caswell Co...p.397 of the book. In the 1840 US Census is listed: ROWARK, Elizabeth - Caswell County, NC ROWARK, Susan - Caswell County, NC Perhaps the above Elizabeth is the widow of Elisha?
