I married into the Rees name, however I'm very interested in finding my son's lineage! My husband really doesn't know much about his family history. I do think that he's probably a descendant of the people listed here: http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~monajo/rees/index.htm There are several mentions of Lewis and Thomas Rees, so I assume they are family names. My husband's father is Lewis Thomas Rees, and his grandfather was Urban Rees, middle name unknown. He died in Altoona IA in Dec. 1987. He was born in Dec. 1915. If anyone has any information connecting the people shown on the link to my husband, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
