There is a limited amount of information about John, the son of Aaron and Joyce Quisenberry in GENEALOGICAL MEMORANDA OF THE QUISENBERRY FAMILY AND . . .. Joyce Dudley was too young to have been the mother of the Aaron Q. children - maybe the very youngest ones. Though I don't know at what point there is documentation that Aaron's wife was named Joyce. It bothers me that so many sources list Joyce Dudley as the wife of Aaron and as the mother of the children. Most serious genealogists will not agree that Aaron is connected to Thomas Quesenbury. There does not seem to be proof that would please them. MPateHorm@alumni.utexas.net
