We are looking for Emily Quintero (maiden name) in the state of Texas. Emily is my cousin's birthmother. Emily conceived a child with Ruben Garza Jr. in San Antonio, Tx. their daughter was born as Debrah Ann Garza on 1-10-64. Debrah was raised by some relatives of Rueben Garza. The family that raised her was the Posada family from San Antonio, Tx. We believe that Emily was born in 1946. We hope to find someone who knows her or is related. Please email with any information.
