I suspect he is Charles Edward QUIBELL born 15 July 1900 in Highland Township, Marion, Michigan who married Ethel L FINCH 1923 in Ontario, Canada. He was a Homesteader, Tobacco tier, and a Guide. I have their children as: John Alfred QUIBELL, b. 7 February 1920; d. 1983; Mary QUIBELL, b. 22 March 1924, Norfolk County, Canada; Alfred John QUIBELL, b. 1925; d. Died as an infant; and several other children born later on who may still be alive. I have several other Charles Quibell's, but this one seems the most likely.
