Correction to previous post: Mary Sophia Carroll was the daughter of Robert Carroll and mary Kesley. Mary S. was born about 1899 in Michigan. Her grandparents were Samuel Carroll and Alice Buchanan. Her mother Mary K died during childbirth and she was raised by her uncle and aunt Samuel and Susan Weatherby according to 1900 census.
