I am not familiar with your Grand Father but my Great Grand Father Eugenio Seda is buried in that cemtery. When we would go to Maricao with my Grand Father we would always go and clean the graves. This is my first post, so I don't know anything about your Grand Mother but my guess is there is a link between us because Dehlia and Carmen were names given to my Father's sisters, so they could be family names.
