Freddie Portwood was born on January 17, 1908 and died February 10, 1908. He is buried at Elisha Coleman (Edenfield) Cemetery in Emanuel County, Georgia. His tombstone gives the birth and death dates along with the inscription: Son of J. G. and Addie Portwood. This is the cemetery where James Godon Portwood's brother, Galveston, and sister, Lemma Portwood McCarthy, are buried. I hope that this information is helpful.
