Hi Jewell,
Maybe I can help you in your search, as with EI database I've found out the exact place of origin of your family Mioduszewski from Poland (my wife Maria is nee family Mioduszewski, but not related to yours), and you must have the very exact place of origin to locate the civil/parish records from Poland:
So, let's start, here is the IMMIGRATION SHIP MANIFEST data weblink:
http://www.ellisisland.org/search/passRecord.asp?pID=604352070037
= Stanislaw Mioduszewski, 46 y old
+ son Kazimierz Mioduszewski, 10 y old
+ son Franciszek Mioduszewski, 6 y old
As first of family, Stanislaw and 2 sons immigrated to the U.S. in 1922 to NY immigration port, via SS America, from Germany port Bremen, left in Poland their wife and mother Marya (Maria) Mioduszewska in (now the most important info) "GAC NEAR LOMZA" - that means the village GAC in Lomzynskie commune / area.
For your MIODUSZEWSKI FAMILY IMMIGRATION HISTORY BOOK please note base info:
This place GAC with Polish Wikipedia (Gac' in old Polish language meant "a shack", as the kind of home of the first settlers there)):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ga%C4%87,_Podlaskie_Voivodeship
Thus, the family ancestral province, culture, customs, and heritage is Podlaskie province NE Poland:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Podlaskie_Voivodeship
The family ancestral church and parish was not Lomza but PUCHALY.
Here is your Polish family GAC and PUCHALY from sattelite, you can touch your Polish ancestors' local roads, small woods, and fields, you have zoom + and - to see more:

Happy virtual tour to your Mioduszewski's Poland!

The parish PUCHALY civil and church records can be searched mainly in Lomza and other local archives, or parish on-site, but you have access to almost same records in the U.S. with FHL/LDS microfilms that can be ordered by you from their centre in Salt Lake City via your local library, here are microfilms detailed numbers:

Urodzenia - Births
Malzenstwa - Marriages
Zgony - Deaths

Supposingly you could find with same EI database the rest family, i.e. Mary, Anna, and Stephana.

Hope this helps in your invaluable search.
GOOD LUCK, POWODZENIA!
