Maybe I can contribute some information to your genealogy research.
There is a death record for a Wiktoria Jakubowska in the Illinois State Achieves. http://www.ilsos.gov/isavital/deathsrch.jsp
According to the index, Wiktoria/Victoria died on 27 June 1908 in Chicago, Cook County, IL. She was 38 years old at the time and was assigned certificate # 00008302.
Andrew Jakubowski than married Connie Kossobudzki on 16 February 1909 at Holy Trinity Parish, still located at 1118 North Noble Street in Chicago, (773)-489-4140. Connie was the widow of Anthony Kossobudzki. There is an image of Andrew and Connie’s marriage record on the LDS Family Search site.
The family than lived at 4340 West Iowa Street in Chicago, Cook County, IL 60651 until at least 1930.
There are 1900, 1910, 1920 and 1930 U.S. census records for the family.
The 1900 census is indexed as Andrew “Lakubowski” living at 1110 North Hoyne Avenue in Chicago, Cook County, IL (present-day zip code 60622).

He married Wiktoria/Victoria Sasinka (or Tamilowska) around 1886, presumably in Northumberland County, PA. Victoria was born around October 1870 in Austria/Poland (she died on June 27, 1908 in Chicago, IL. It appears that Andrew and Victoria had seven (7) children: Peter Frank born on July 25, 1887 in Mt. Here is a link to the web site of Orphan’s Court of the Northumberland County PA:
This official is the record keeper for the marriage documents in that county. The Pennsylvania marriage APPLICATION (not license) has the most genealogy information.
The county office of the PROTHONOTARY in Pennsylvania is the official record keeper of U.S. Naturalization documents. I should caution you that early naturalization documents (pre 1906) did not have much genealogy information.
