Evelyn, Well, you are so kind to help me out! I had tried in past years to search my Quebec roots, but without the success I am having this time. I kind of gave up for awhile. But, now I find there are many more resources online as well as more people online doing genealogy, so I am being quite fortunate in my research. In fact, I have connected with someone who is a 2nd cousin which is exciting. Living in Virginia, I am far away, and have to depend on the Internet for a lot of my research. However, I am hopeful to visit Quebec myself and explore the area in which my family is from. But, for now, I am just happy to be learning so much more about the family. Thank you again.
