I was married to Ross Elliot Phipps lll of Meriden Conn. He was born April 8, 1951 and died in Vermont Spring of 1985. We had 2 children, Meghan Patricia Phipps, born 10/15/78 and Michael Charles Phipps, born 9/16/81. Ross went by the name of Rusty or Russ to his friends. His mother was/is Marion Wright Phipps, and his father was Ross Elliot Phipps ll (died Sept. 1, 1999). I would like to research the Phipps family tree for my children. Any help would be appreciated. I know Russ had 2 sisters, Beth and Marge.
