Can anyone tell me why my great great grandmother, Savannah NC Peterman Hess 1843 IN-1914 WA - daughter of John Peterman 1788-1873 PA and Rebecca Eller 1801 VA-1880 MN. is also refered to as Pohahontas? thanks
