I have some new information to add: Joe (Joeseph) W Spence died in Arizonia, not Oregon, and possible born 29 Apr 1896. Ismall (Isma, Irma) Aurora (Perkins) Spence was born between 1899-1901 in Kentucky. She died 19 Dec 1950 in Salem, Oregon. Her dad, John Perkins, was born in Virginia between 1867-1870, to Margaret "Linnie" Parks approximately 17 Jan 1888. Linnie Parks was born between 1873-1874. Once again, any and all information will be helpful. When I find more information I will update with a reply. Thanks again.
