My dad left his home in Mexico when he was 13 years old. He was orphaned at a young age. His older sister, Maria took him in. She was a seamstress. Her husband and son were killed for their land. I think my dad was born/from Guadalupehildalgo. His name was Aurelio Perales(z) His full name was Jose Magdaleno Aurelio Perales. Born July 27, 1902. I'm trying to recall his parents name. I think Solomon and Gertrude Perales. I always wondered about our heritage. I do remember my dad saying we had a lot of Apache Indian in us. His mom was Spanish/Irish. My dad was a wonderful, caring man. He met my mom in Denver, Colorado and they married 11/26/1915. Any info would be appreciated. Carla
