Paul Pender owned land in the same area of Edgecombe Co.,N.C. as did my 8th great grand farther John Lee. Does anyone have information tying these two families together. About ten years ago, information was sent to me that my 7th greatgrand father, Richard Lee 1707-1756, son of John Lee married Elizabeth Pender, daughter of Paul Pender and Elizabeth ?. Ihave not been able to prove this. In addition another daughter of the Pender's was Rachel Lee. My thoughts are both Elizabeth and Rachel may have married Lee's. Lee's of the John Lee line. If any one has information, please share. I am more than happy share to my Lee information. Also, one of Richard Lee's daughters Sarah married Richrd Horn. I have linage into the 1990's on ths family. This time period has had Lee reseachers confussed for many years. Thanks, Ricky Lee
