Looking for Mr/ Mrs. Nathan R Patterson relatives. My name is Paul Sullivan and I am a part time stamp collector. Recently I made a purchase online that contain items from an estate sale that included a number of early 1900 post cards. Most of these post cards were addressed to a, Mr. Nathan R. Patterson (24 post cards + 1 other) Mrs. Nathan R. Patterson ( Florence) (12 post cards) Dates range from 1911 – 1918 ( some dates are too faded to see ). Normally I would resell these but I have never obtain so many cards for 1 family and I am now trying to contact any relatives of Nathan and Florence to see if they would like to reacquire them ( I believe both Nathan and Florence past away in the 1970's). The Patterson were originally from Holliston , Mass and later moved to Tulsa, OK. Florence Patterson maiden name was Rawson, her father may have been E.C Rawson from Holliston/Boston ( there are some postal cards address to him also) I believe Florence was actively involved with both the DAR ( Daughters of American Revolution ) and DAC ( Daughters of American Colonists)serving as the Chairperson / President for awhile. Thanks Paul |
