The only part of the 1890 Census that survives is the Vetern's Schedule. The rest was destroyed. I looked briefly at the 1900 Census and Marion Patterson is still in Green Camp Twp. of Marion Co., OH (page 76A) with a new wife Martha and 3 step sons.
