I'm trying to trace my mother's side of the family. I'm drawing a blank with her mother's family. My grandmother was: Vera Marie Parnell B: Dec 15, 1897 Ratoon, Illinois Her father was Cecil Edward Parnell and was supposed to be from England. He was married to Laura Francis Winfield. Their other children were Edward Cecil, Keith Winfield and Stephen Wood Parnell. If you have any information or advice I'd appreciate it.
