Juan, It looks like you will just have to enter children by the name they will use. As you said it is all very complicated. But the program can accept anything that is typed in, as long as you understand the names, it will record what ever you like. I would use the "Also known as" feature for the female spouses, though, just to explain to "non-Mexicans" what you have done in your records.
