I converted from FTM to PAF 4 by making a gedcom. All of the sources I had had the call number inserted with the title of the spource instead of down under call number. I cut and pasted the call number in the right spot. Now when I print off family group sheets part of the call numbers show up and part don't even though all of them show up on the edit page where "what the footnote will look like" appears. Tried several things and nothing seems to make a difference.
