Assuming you meant to type "Marcos Garcia-Santos", that makes sense. I'll probably follow that pattern, even though it seems a little artificial.
Too bad the help file for PAF doesn't have any guidelines on this stuff. If it is going to be a truly international product it ought to acknowledge that there may be more than one way to organize names. I seem to recall that in Mongolia there are no last names at all, and in several Asian countries the surname is written before the given name. Even if your ancestry doesn't include that heritage, you may have in-laws that require it.
