Hi Bill, I made sure I bought a "proper" Win 8 Tablet - ie not Win RT. At the moment i'm trying to figure out how to get the tablet to connect to my PC ( it isn't recognised in My Computer as on the PC) so I can load PAF program. Having no mouse is also a bit of a shock to. I'll keep people posted with developments. Surely I can't be the only person using a Windows tablet for genealogy :-)
