I was using PAF on the MAC. Saved all data as GEDCOM file. Then imported with no problems into PAF 4 and Family Tree Maker in Windows with no problems. Getting the file to the PC: 1. Save the GEDCOM file on a PC formatted disk. 2. Email it to yourself. 3 Save to a Mac disk and buy a copy of MacDisk
