|Subject:||How do I publish a .paf file to a webpage|

I generally use Family Tree Maker 2005, and have always kept my documentation in the 'Notes' section. I'm ready, now, to put it ALL online, including NOTES. But if I were to publish an ancestral chart in Rootsweb, with all the notes included, it would be nearly impossible to follow.
I also have PAF, and have played around with it a bit & I LOVE how PAF formats the 'notes' attached to each person... When creating a 'webpage' the ancestor chart is shown, and for each person with notes, those 'Notes' become a 'link' directly below the person's name. I'm probably explaining this to people who are well aware of it...but my QUESTION is...it seems like the easiest way to accomplish my goal is to simply publish the PAF file....but I don't know how!!! If you upload to Ancestry.com, or Rootsweb, you upload in gedcom form. HOW & WHERE can I upload a .paf file?
Or does anyone know of any software that works similar to PAF? (That is, makes a LINK to the notes?)
Thanks so much for any help or suggestions.
