Bill Buchanan - read your fix from 12/16/2009 re: FamilySearch Knowledge Base Document#104205. Under my Devices and Printers - Progeny PDF Printer is not shown. I did steps 5-11 and applied to my printer - but did not work. Is there a fix for me? Called customer support in SLC and was told the problem is I have 64 bit and it's only designed for 32 bit - could not help me.
