hi bill i have tried the other option (columns) in layout but did not like the look of it. my chart has 7 generations and has over 350 people. FYI....i am trying to print a huge family tree for a family reunion Jul 2010. they have a rather large building where it can be put on the wall so people can walk around and find themselves and other family members. that is what i am aiming for. thanks..i will have a look at your site.
