You can print all of the descendants of a common ancestor in the form of either a chart or a narrative.
To print a Descendancy Chart, select the ancestor you wish to start from, and then in the File menu, select Print Reports, and then Descendants. Set the options you want, and then click Preview. If you like what you see, click Print.
To print a descendancy narrative, from the Charts and Reports screen, select Books, and Modified Register. Set the options you want (I suggest you don't print the RIN/MRIN), and then click Preview. If you like what you see, click Print. If you have included photos, the default photo for each person can be included in the Modified Register. To create an index, use Print-to-file, and use your word processor's index-generating function. (In my version of Word, the sequence is: 1. insert a page break at the end of the document, 2. In the Insert menu, select Index and Tables, 3. select Index, 4. select the options, 5. click OK, 6. save document in Word format.)
It does a very nice job.
