I recently used Global Search and Replace to add "USA" to the birth places of my ancestors born in this country. When I added it to "Utah" it of course placed "USA" after Utah County as well as Utah the State. Happily, there were only four entries that I had to fix manually.
However, the report listed as two of the four corrections, a RIN 0, in addition to two other RIN numbers that I am familiar with.
My question is, What is RIN 0? I cannot seem to access it, and when I try to search for a given RIN, PAF states that you can only start with RIN 1. Will RIN 0 cause a problem for me somewhere down the road? Thanks!
