I can't replicate your problem. In my experience, most printing problems in PAF can be solved by rebooting the computer. When you click "Print Preview" or "Print-to-file" does the problem also occur then or not? There are three formats offered for FGRs (Condensed, Medium, Expanded) Does it occur in all three? Let us know how things went.
