The easiest solution might be to upload your website to a new location that doesn't have that file size limitation, such as http://www.tripod.lycos.com/ This is an excellent free webhost belonging to Carnegie-Mellon University. The entire process shouldn't take more than an hour or two.
On your present site, you can post a link to the new site.
Alternatively, you might split (a copy of) your PAF database down into smaller PAF databases by deleting links that connect family lines, then exporting each of these lines as separate gedcom files. Each of these gedcom files would be imported into a separate PAF database, which would be used to create a separate web folder. You then create an index.htm HTML document with links to the separate index.htm files. Now each name file will be much smaller. Upload the master index.htm file and the separate folders. This is not as difficult as it proabably seems (if there is only one connecting link beween the different family lines).
For an example see http://billbuchanan.clawz.com
In any case make a dated back-up of your PAF database BEFORE doing anything, so that you can restore it if anything goes wrong.
