Hello, I am not sure if this is what you want but what I do is create an image of the record, then use the multimedia button in a record and place the image in there. I haven't tried it yet, but I think it should print out the image when you do reports if you select to print out images. Another thought is on this page here: http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/Rg/frameset_rhelps.asp?Page=./research/type/Form.asp&ActiveTab=Type they have different forms for the different censuses worldwide that could be printed up and filled in.
