Her REAL name is ALWAYS her maiden name. You can show the wording of the marriage record in your sources or notes and show the actual listing, which might use the name from her first marriage, but the name you use for women, is the name they were born with. Each of the husbands will show with their REAL names, and it will be understood that she's the same person - no matter that she was previously married.
